Returns

You can do return at us if your clothing does not fit. 

You need to e-mail us with your order number at montenbusiness@gmail.com before you do a return.

If you would like to do a return, you can choose between two choices: 

1. Refund, do a return of the clothing and get your money back
2. Change to another clothing within the same price range

The shipping fee will always be paid by you, regardless if you do a refund or a change.

The garment must be in the same condition as when you received it, tags and the bag must be sent back.

If the tag is removed or something is missing it will not go through

The money will be payed back when we have received the product.

You need to buy traceable shipping for return otherwise we will not accept your return.

You have 14 days on you to do a return or change.
