Returns/Exchanges  

What is your return policy? 

• All products must be returned within 14 days since the order was received.
• All products must be returned in their original condition.
• All returns must include the original packaging.

How do I change the size/color of my product?

• You make a return on the current product, then you make a new order for what you want to change to.

How much does it cost to send back?

• It costs €10 to send a product back to us, shipping to you is always free.

How do I return my order?

• To initiate a return. Go to "Return and Exchange".

Shipping 

What are the shipping costs?

• Free delivery within Sweden 
• The shipping fee is €15 outside Sweden
• Free delivery above €200 - Worldwide 

How long is the delivery time?

• Sweden 2-3 working days.
• Europe 2-4 working days. 
• Outside EU 4-7 working days.

When will my order be shipped?

• We send out every weekday, the goal is to always send within 24 hours.

Where are your orders shipped from?

• We ship all orders from our logistics warehouse in Sweden.

My order has not arrived 

• Have you not received the order within the delivery time? Email us at montenbusiness@gmail.com with your order number (# and 4 digits).

Which countries do you ship to?

• We try to ship worldwide, is your country not included? Email us and we'll look into it.

Orders

How do I know that my order has gone through?

• When you place an order at monten.shop we will send you an order confirmation to your registered email address. If you haven’t received it after a few minutes, please check your spam folder. If it’s nowhere to be found, please contact us and we will assist you further.

Can I cancel my order?

• If your order has not been sent, you can of course cancel your order. Email us at montenbusiness@gmail.com with your order number.

I received the wrong product, what do I do?

• We are sorry that you have received a faulty order, this is never our intention. Please contact our customer service with photos and order number and we will assist you further.
