2 Years Warranty

Warranty for the purchase of Clothes/Accessories is two years from date of purchase. The warranty covers only manufacturing errors on Clothes/Accessories. Please contact us by email montenbusiness@gmail.com. In your email, you need to specify your name, order number, picture of the error and a detailed description of the issue. Enter “2 years warranty” as subject heading in your email.

If it is a manufacturing problem, we will replace you with a new item of the same size and variant. If the item is sold out, you can exchange within the same price range or get your money back.

All cases go through us and the factory. This allows us to carefully review whether it is a manufacturing defect or not.
